Terms and support

Last updated: 10 October 2026

1. Who are we?

The The KayKay Universe website is published by Kelly Poivre, a self-employed entrepreneur in Belgium.

2. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the website, newsletter sign-up and the sale of digital products (kits in PDF format) through our online shop. By using the website or placing an order, you accept these terms.

3. Use of the website and intellectual property

All content of the website and products — texts, the KayKay character, illustrations, logos and visual universe — is the property of Kelly Poivre and protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited. You may browse the website for personal, non-commercial use.

Purchased kits are for personal and family use: you may print them as often as you need for your household, but you may not resell, share or distribute them.

4. Newsletter

Signing up for the newsletter is voluntary and based on your consent. You will receive news about new creations, illustrations and launches. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided or by writing to the contact address. See also our Privacy policy.

5. Sale of digital products

Right of withdrawal and digital content

In accordance with European and Belgian law (art. VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law), for digital content supplied immediately, by confirming your order and requesting the download you expressly agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. No refund can therefore be granted once the file has been downloaded — except if the file is defective or does not conform, in which case we will fix the problem or refund you.

6. Support

Trouble downloading a file, or a question about an order or our kits? Write to us at thekaykayuniverse@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 5 working days.

7. Nature of the content

KayKay books and kits are educational and focus on emotional well-being. They support children and families, but do not replace the advice of a health, education or mental health professional. In case of serious difficulty, please consult a qualified person.

8. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, we will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, you may contact the Consumer Ombudsman Service (Belgium). The Belgian courts have jurisdiction.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated, in particular when the printed books are released. The applicable version is the one published on this page on the date of your visit or order. These terms are available in French, Dutch and English.
